1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for R.O.A.R Games 2026 ("the Event"), taking place on October 2, 2026 at Wings Sports Centre, Mumbai, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register.

2. Eligibility

Participants must meet the age and category requirements published for their chosen format (Dash, Sprint, Pro or Elite; Men, Women or Doubles). Minimum age for participation in The R.O.A.R Games 2026 is 18 years.

3. Health & Fitness Declaration

Participation involves strenuous physical activity. By registering, you confirm you are physically fit to participate and are not aware of any medical condition that would make participation unsafe. We recommend consulting a physician before training for or participating in the Event.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that hybrid fitness racing carries inherent risk of injury and voluntarily assume that risk. We are not liable for injuries sustained during training or the Event except where caused by our own gross negligence.

5. Registration & Bibs

Registration is personal and non-transferable except as permitted under the Refund Policy. Bib numbers and timing chips (where applicable) must be worn as instructed; results may be void if not worn correctly.

6. Media Consent

By participating, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use photos and video of you captured at the Event for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

7. Changes to the Event

We reserve the right to modify the Event date, venue, format or course due to safety, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
