Refund Policy

1. Cancellations by Participant

Requests to cancel a registration for R.O.A.R Games 2026 (October 2, 2026) must be submitted in writing to rahul@asthras.com. Refund amounts scale down the closer the request is to Event day:

• 35+ days before the Event: 65% refund
• 25–35 days before the Event: 50% refund
• Within 25 days of the Event: no refund

2. Category Transfers

Participants may request to switch category (e.g. Sprint Men to Sprint Doubles) up to 25 days before the Event, subject to availability, any price difference, and an additional surcharge of ₹300.

3. Bib Transfers to Another Person

Bib transfers to another participant are not permitted.

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Organizer

If Asthras Fitness OPC Pvt Ltd cancels the Event entirely, registered participants will be offered a choice of a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date. If the Event is postponed, existing registrations carry over to the new date automatically unless a refund is requested within 30 days of the postponement announcement.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Processing fees, merchandise add-ons, and any third-party payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email rahul@asthras.com with your registration confirmation number and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 45 business days.
